The 2024 budget was voted on at the Homeowners Association Annual Meeting on March 14th and the budget proposal was approved. The approved budget per household is $310 total. $275 for basic operating budget and $35 for the capital improvements needed for the electrical repairs to the gazebo and lights on the River Run side of the development.
There are multiple ways to pay the invoice for 2024. You can either mail a $310 check to our P.O. Box shown below, or you can pay $320 (includes $10 service charge) via PayPal, which is linked from our website. Simply go to www.LakeForestOfMacedonia.com, scroll towards the bottom (on the right side) of the main page, and click the “Pay Now” button under the 2024 HOA Dues Payment section, which will redirect you to PayPal’s website. If you don’t have a PayPal account, click on the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button – signing up is not required. Since using PayPal costs the Association $10 per transaction, the Board decided to pass that cost onto the homeowner.
If you are unable to pay the entire balance all at once, please contact the Lake Forest Board via email (LakeForestHOA@gmail.com) so a payment plan can be established. We are striving for 100% collections!
