Re: The Assessment Vote

Dear Lake Forest Neighbors:

We have received 88 returned votes regarding the passage of the assessment, which qualifies the vote as a quorum. The final results were 70 YES votes and 18 NO votes. The assessment vote has passed. We appreciate all of you who took time to vote. The board will move forward on planning the sidewalk project and when enough money is in the bank account for the project, we will begin.

For those of you who have paid your 2012 dues and assessment, Thank You. For those of you that have only paid their 2012 dues, please pay your $150 assessment within the next 30 days. For those of you who haven’t paid their 2012 dues or assessment, you can pay both of them within the next 30 days.
